Well, it can depend on the character for ex: Sonic Blade + Dark Haze + Abounding Crystal BUT thats only for Terra. so i tried doing the: Second Chance = Blizarra + Blizzara + Pulsing Crystal. They are acquired either by attaching a Synthesis item or randomly in the Command Meld process.
